No power in trailer

We have a 2011 Big Country and are having an issue with no receptacles working, no lights, no fan. Could our problem be the converter or inverter? We have checked the breakers, power going in and adapter.... Now we are lost, Also could you please tell us where to find these things in the 5th wheel.
Thank you for your response.

Odd that your receptacles and lights quit at the same time. The lights are 12 volt dc and run off battery/converter. Receptacle are 120 volts ac.
You said you checked power coming in, did you have 120 volts from each leg going to neutral and ground?
When you check breakers don't reply on a visual. Turn them off then on.
Do you have a generator? Do you have a transfer switch?
Give us a little more information.
There are a lot of experienced people on this forum that can help.

Peace
Dave

The dc power was working at first, then we noticed that we did not have any power and the batteries kept going dead. We checked the transfer switch one side is not working (seized) so we ordered a new one and will put it in on the weekend. Hope this is what the problem is.
