I just finished reading the owners manual for our new BigHorn. We've had several RV 's over the years, and I find that most of the manuals are mostly worthless. They are not model-specific and are full of CYA warnings of all types. Heartland is no different. You'd think these companies could find the money to print model-specific manuals that would be helpful. There are always things you don't remember, and while you might be able to sift through all the equipment literature to find the answer to a specific issue, it would be nice to have one manual with a good index. Just a general complaint with RV makers.
