The power cord reel on our Landmark started getting hard to pull out and reel back in. It would take both hands to pull the cord out and then when I would rewind the motor was straining to the bring the cord back in and would cut off. I called TDI Products and spoke with Tom. He is sending me a new motor UPS along with a return shipping label. Very helpful. Good to know company standing behind its product.
. Oh well - next time I have to work on something.
