Problems : electrical outlet and fuel pump station

Hello !!!

We live in Canada at Québec city we speak french, we acquired a 2014 Cyclone 3110 last year. It's our first toy hauler and we are very happy. We have a few small jobs to do to make it perfect and we need your help. The electrical outlet for the washer dryer is not working, we checked with a multimeter and there does not seem to be any current and no fuse is burnt. We tried to operate the fuel pump, without success. The light in the dashboard does not come on and there are no blown fuses. Can you help us ? Merci beaucoup!

Did you check the breaker (not a fuse) for the washer outlet? Also my fuel station has a timer button in the control cabinet that needs to be pushed before the pump can be activated. There is a lever on the pump to lift after to turn it on.
