Question on holding tanks on Pioneer

Re: Pionnier

Hi Evans,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and family. We have a great bunch of folks here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge.

I would think with both tanks empty, brew a pot of coffee and pour it down the kitchen sink. Then you can open the valve and see which one to coffee comes out of. The other would be for the bath room sink and shower.

Also please give us a little more information about your unit,, model #

I am also moving the thread to a better area for more info.

What model 5th wheel do you have. I have a Cyclone. One grey tank is for the shower, the other is for the kitchen sink. Not sure if the bathroom sink goes into the first or the second tank? Some Cyclone models also have a bath in the garage. I do not. Not sure which tank the garage bath is hooked up to. Do as Jim suggests. Open the faucet in the kitchen, let it run, turn it off and go open the #1 tank and see if anything comes out. Then open the #2 tank. Repeat for the bath sink and then the shower. That should answer your questions. Or the alternative is to call Heartland Customer Service, give them your Vin #, and ask them.

I have a Heartland TB27 with 3 tanks. Gray #1 is plumbed to both the kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Gray #2 is plumbed to the shower only.
