There are breakers on your generator.
If they are not tripped take a look inside your transfer switch. It's not uncommon to find loose or burned wires there.
Be sure to disconnect from shore power and turn generator off before doing any of that work.

Peace

Thank you. We’ve reset the breakers on the generator and still no luck. We will try to locate the transfer switch. Our model is a 2017 HD Edition 4250.

The transfer switch should be behind the rear basement wall of the pass-thru storage area on the passenger side. It may be near the water pump.

After inspecting, we have an inverter that is receiving 12 volt power. The inverter is not coming on or resetting which is then preventing the Magnum Energy 15 amp Transfer Switch from working.

The invertor and 15 amp transfer switch is for the residential fridge, only, and nothing to do with anything else. Are you using and onboard genderator or a stand alone? Either way, cycle the breaker on the generator.
