RECIPE: Cakes / Chocolate Éclair Cake

For those who love this cake here it a smaller version of it. I took and made a half recipe and put into a graham cracker pie crust now for sure there won't be any left overs Thanks Carol. I just added the whip cream!!

Thanks Jim , We ate it today and it was as yummy as you said my mom and sister loved it!! I just might do it for a rally dish you never know. I have gotten lots of recipe from these lovely ladies here on the form and at the rallies..
 
Nice recipe! PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency.
Add small amount additional milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla. About 2 cups frosting.

Rusty - looking at the recipe, I do not see where anything is baked. So yes, you can make this without an oven.
