Ingredients

2 lbs sweet potatos or yams
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp table salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup cream
Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven 400 F
Peal and slice Yams about 3/8" thick
Toss all except cream to coat evenly and arrange in pie pan or other shallow dish. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and pour cream over the top. Continue baking an additional 20 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
