Ingredients

- 53 ounce can - Pork and Beans, Campbell's - drained, not rinsed
- 1/2 cup packed (4 ounces) - Sugar, brown
- 1-1/2 cup (8 ounces) - Onion yellow - 1/4" diced
- 1 cup (10 ounces) - Heinz 57 sauce
- 1-1/2 tablespoon - Mustard - yellow prepared
- 6 slices (8 ounces) - Bacon - thick sliced
Preparation Instructions

- In a 9" x 9" casserole dish, add and gently combine all ingredients except bacon
- Salt and pepper mixture to taste and give another gentle stir
- Arrange bacon in single layer across top of dish to completely cover
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 75 to 90 minutes until onions are soft and bacon is cooked
- Every 30 minutes, carefully turn bacon over to ensure cooking on both sides
