Red light switch in kitchen area between stove and sink

There is a red switch between our stove and sink. Owners manual doesn’t have anything in it to tell us what it’s used for. Does anyone else know? We even called Heartland factory but they recommended to come here for answer. Our camper is a 2010 North Trail

That is most likely a switch for your water heater to either operate on 120 ac volts if you have a dual heating source or turn on the water heater if you have a propane only water heater.
