Repair/Replace Gray Water Tank

Hello Owners, Not sure if Im doing this correctly (newbie) so here goes. We have a 2015 Bighorn 3160 EL and have a grey tank leaking due to the belly bands not being tightened when it was new and then carrying some grey water from the shower in the tank. That created a crack in the top corner of the tank, due t weight, where it sits on the cross beam. I've tried 2 different recommended ways to patch but each has failed, I think its time to replace the tank.

I see that most have a combined 90 gal grey tanks but am having trouble finding a replacement tank.
Can someone point me in the right direction or tell the secret of patching a tank. I have used the store bought patch, then tried a mixture of ABS shavings and ABS cement.

Hello, I've edited your title and moved your post to its own thread.
I'm sure some here have been down the road of repair or replacement of a tank so I expect that someone will chime in with some help for you.

Peace

The tank is polyethylene, not much sticks to it. It can be welded with a high heat air gun and polyethylene filler rod.

Harbor freight sells a plastic welder. You might want to check it out.
