2010 International Heartland Owners Rally

RIG WEIGHING SERVICE
We are pleased to have the Recreational Vehicle Safety & Education Foundation (RVSEF) at the Nashville Rally. They will be giving two presentations (RV Weight Safety and RV Tire Safety) and they will be performing rig weighing.
You will have a chance to have your rig weighed either on your way into the KOA prior to parking your rig (beginning Monday the 12th) or after the rally on your way out of the KOA on Sunday the 18th.
Use the link below to proceed to the online sign-up form to indicate you do want your rig (truck and RV) weighed.
You will also be required to complete a paper form with data about your truck and trailer. The form or a link to it will be included in an email sent to all registered rally attendees (as of 26-May). I have also attached the form to this post (fillable PDF). If you are unable to bring the form completed, no problem - you can complete it at the rally if needed.
Rick Lang of the RVSEF is running the entire Rig Weighing service. He will receive your Rig Weighing Request as soon as you submit it (link below). The cost will be $49 to weigh your truck and trailer.
Please remember, this can only be done on your way into the KOA prior to parking your rig (beginning Monday the 12th) or after the rally on your way out of the KOA on Sunday the 18th.
Rick is NOT monitoring this thread. If you have any questions about the process, please contact Rick Lang as follows: Rick Lang - ricklang46@hotmail.com - 207-522-3336.
