roof sagging?

I have a 3055RL and love it, but I've noticed the top kitchen cupboard (the one that is perpendicular to the wall) is sagging about an inch. The roof is the same inside, but looks ok on the outside. Has anyone had this problem? Is there anything that can be done?

jackg, I think your first recourse is to get to your dealer. Take a few pictures that will show the problem. These can be used if you have to contact Heartland Customer Service, which would be your next step if your dealer can't help. It sounds like cabinet screws may have pulled out of the roof rafters. If this is the case you would need to get that cabinet back up to it's original position and pre-drill some pilot holes and add a few screws. I must say though, I have never heard of this happening before.
