I'd rate the coach an 8.5 on a 10 point scale in terms of condition. Points were deducted for 1 year of wear on things like exterior finish, furniture, flooring, cabinets etc. This is NOT a new coach. It's a used coach in great condition.

- As-is - no warranty being offered by Heartland
- FOB Elkhart, Indiana at Tiarra RV
- Coach to be available about March 1, 2015
- Deal to be closed not later than March 15, 2015
- Trades taken and financing available - all via Tiarra RV
- NOTE: This coach is being sold to the buyer by Tiarra RV. Heartland RVs does not sell coaches retail direct.
