Stainless plate on top of slide

Was waxing my 3160 Bighorn and noticed a stainless steel plate on the top of the slide never noticed this before. Is that normal or is something wrong

Ended up being a stainless sign my wife put up there when leaving our last stop. It was an easy fix. I just took it down.
