I like to know can i made some grouved in the floor to mount some versa tie down track

flush to the floor of a 3010 . I need to grouve the plywood about 3/8 inch , would thiis affect the structure of floor. I like to instaled 3 track one in themiddle and the 2 other on the site.

The floor is 1" thick. The track on your linked picture wouldn't look that great recessed. But ALT (aluminun load track) is available in a "squared" version (a rectangle).

I thought about doing this too, but in the end I figured it was more trouble then it was worth.

What materials is use on the subfloor 1 inch thick ( presswood ?)

It is an "engineered" wood product, but not "pressboard".

Its easy enough to make these grooves with a router and the appropriate bit, assuming you have some familiarity with the tool. Otherwise, find someone to do it for you.
