Verizon has just announced some new markets that will be available in 2011. I wish they would have given more details when we can expect to see the markets go live. I'm happy to finally see my hometown get LTE access! I can't wait to see what type of speeds I get

How about the ATT T-Mobile merger or should I say ATT buyout of T-Mobile. That will make ATT the largest 4G coverage...larger than Verizon. What a battle for superiority. Too bad prices do not reflect that.

AT&T nor T-Mobile don't have a true 4G network yet, but will when they officially launch their 4G LTE network this summer. They've just basically re branded their HSPA+ as 4G, as this time only Sprint's WiMAX network and Verizon's LTE network are true 4th generation technology.

It's kind of like AT&T's ad about simultaneous voice/data, which only works when you're in a 3G area. If you look at their map they have way more 2G EDGE coverage than 3G, which means you can't use that feature.
