Water in front of 5th wheel

We are having an issue with water at front of 5th wheel where 2 pieces of outer shell come together. The grout in between the two is no longer there. Could this be coming from water lines up there for the washer (closet floor is not wet) or just running down the front and possibly leaking in around the marker light on the front. Any ideas for fixing also would be great. TIA.

What two pieces or shell are you referring to? Where the front cap meets the walls or roof?
Are you meaning to say caulk instead of grout?
If you are missing caulk you absolutely need to do some caulking. You should inspect your caulk several times per year. It's important to keep water out..
Where exactly are you seeing water?
Water can do a lot of damage if left unchecked so you need to find and take care of any leaks.

Cookie is right, water intrusion kills RVs. There is a large seam on the roof where the fiberglass cap and the roof meet, that could be the source of the leak. On mine the side marker lights on either side werent sealed, and rain would come in there. Any "caulked" seam on the RV needs to resealed in most cases every year, or at least checked.
