The fix to the slide awning was simple. New end cap and bracket. Service manager says looks like something clipped and bent the anti furling device which then jammed the bracket when I opened the slide.
However, I have a question regarding the underbelly. While at MB, I drained quite a bit of water through the skin. When I winterized, loooking through the back of the water compartment, it looks like the insulation may still be somewhat wet. We are below freezing temps here now so I'm open to suggestions from let it freeze dry to drop the pan and replace the insulation.
Fire away.
