What model of air conditioner?

I have a 2013 North Trail Focus M-21FX With a Coleman air conditioner. How can I tell what model of air conditioner and inverter I have? Thanks so much. This is a great site.

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and to the family. We have a great bunch of folks here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.

Your blue owners bag should have had the owners information, manual and registration cards included in it. You might look there, if not, I suggest you call Heartland Customer Service, 574-262-8030 or 877-262-8032, have your VIN when you call and they can most likely tell you what was on the unit when it left the plant.

My coleman AC's had serial and model information viewable inside the unit by removing the air filters and looking up inside the units. They ceiling assemblies also have their would model and serial numbers. You can remove the Ceiling assemblies if you cannot see the numbers with the air filters removed. If you still cannot see the numbers,
You can go up on the roof and remove the shroud as they also have the information in two locations.

No luck with the blue owners bag. I got up on the roof and found it, Coleman Mach 3 Plus. And my Honda 2000 does run it.
