Where's the 12volt accessory outlets?

My new 2008 2998RB has none of these, yet the owners manual states they are located on the inside and outside.

Is something missing?

if so how can I get it fixed?

LC, I expected others to respond to your question so I didn't watch it too closely. Since no one has, I'll take a stab at it. As far as I know, the only 12V accessory outlets are in the area where the televisions would be. They look like cigarette lighter receptacles. We have one in each TV area. There should be one in the same wall plate as your TV antenna booster switch. Hope this helps.

If it is like mine, dealer gave us a 09 brochure and a 08 5th wheel, brochure showed lots of things our 08 did not have after we got it home and started looking it over.

you probably don't have any on an 09. The newer rv's seem to be more geared to having hookups but I like my dry camping. The tanks are big enough. I was lucky to get one in th living room and will add one in the bedroom.
