Dave, Winterized is a term used to describe a trailer that has been prepared for Winter storage. All of the water has been removed from the plumbing lines and sink drains/traps. The Holding tanks are drained and usually there is RV anti-freeze installed in the lines to prevent anything from freezing. When a dealer sells a trailer, they usually prepare it for use and remove all the anti-freeze and check everything out for the new owners.
The term "winterization" is just that, winterizing of the coach. During the fall and winter months, we use RV antifreeze to help protect any of the lines until the unit is sold and delivered. Thank you, Mike
