Jensen DVD Player

Just a bit of advice....if your new Jensen DVD player does not want to accept a disc....remove it from the wall and on top there is a screw that needs to be removed before it will work. Dealer should have done this..or someone... but in ours they did not! It's not hard to find......has a bright red tag about one and a half by three inches that says"Installer: Remove when installing "

My wife was a little frustrated when she could not get it to work.....thanks goodness for the internet!
