Information and Status needed

I purchased a repo,ed 2009 BIGHORN 3670RL
{ VIN 5SFGF36299EO12975} from a Credit Union in LaCrosse WI @ a very good price. Can you send me any and all information you have pertaining to this 5th wheel. I am very interested in the Options. I was informed it was sold by a dealership in Texas.
Also I have ordered repair parts through Rapids RV, a Heartland RV dealership in Wisconsin Rapids WI. It is taking a very long time to receive these parts ( Door Trim, Hot water By-Pass Valve, Manuals ). It doesn't seem it would be hard to get these items since it is a relatively new model.
The Dealer has been very helpful so far. Please help.

I suggest you click on the "Portal" link at the top of the page. When in the Portal section look at the left edge. You will see phone numbers and an e-mail address for Heartland. I believe it is: service@heartlandrvs.com .
