tires in bighorn how do you know if the tires are made in china

Bob, good info thanks. From what I see on that list most of the tires are made outside the US. Heck my Nittos are made by Toyo in Japan.

I think the country of manufacture is stamped on at least one side of every tire. The primary country of concern is China.

We have some 14 ply Chinese tires that came on dually trailers. Never blown one out yet in several years. The main problem seems to be with the 8-10 ply that are loaded heavy. They just don't stand up to high temps caused by loading and ambient temperature.

Mine were 14 ply G rated Chinese tires that blew, on an empty coach, and the tires were fully inflated---and did a lot of damage when they disintegrated. I will never own another Chinese trailer tire. These tires only had about 4K miles on them,and they were kept covered.
