Roof - Is It Safe?

We own a 2009 BH, is it safe to walk on the roof to clean it and what is recommended product wise for cleaning the roof that will not harm the roof.

We live in Florida and constantly are fighting mold on the silicone etc.

Susan - My family and I took a tour of the Cyclone factory today and I asked them the same question. The response was yes! I weigh in at about 250 pounds and was told that would be no problem. The person giving the tour said he weighed about 225 and he has been up on them many times. He said anywhere on the roof should hold that weight but if you want to be sure there will be no problem, you can walk on the beams which are 16" apart. As far as cleaners, I had someone use the Thetford rubber roof cleaner and conditioner and it worked incredibly well. In fact, I thought it would take several of the smaller bottles to do my 40' rig and it took about half of one. Roger

Soft bursh and Dawn dish wash detergent. Follow that up with 303 Aerospace Protectant or Dicor's own protectant. Do this before you wax the sides.
