So much on the forum about tires, decided to put in our two cents worth. We have Mission TC-108, ST235/80R16 on our Bighorn. Never heard of these tires either. Right front tire kept losing air so we periodically checked on it while in storage. Went out to check it around Christmas and found it almost flat after telling our dealer previously to have it fixed. First mistake (RV dealers aren't the best to deal with tires or so is our experience). Subcontractor apparently "fixed" tire on someone else's BH and not ours. Dealer had subcontractor come out again on December 26, 2006. Got the bill today (04/12/07) for $32.40. Am paying it under protest with a not so happy letter accompanying the check. Hope the subcontractor enjoys the big TIP! The repair job (if even repaired) was not the answer. Factory valve stems were brass and kept bending; therefore, causing slow leaks. We have since replaced all brass stems with NAPA stainless steel core stems and are expericing no loss of air. Learned about the stainless steel stems from a local tire shop which fixed the leaky tire's stem for FREE and told us what we needed to do. Bottom line - go to a tire specialist since the dealer can't do anything about the tires. Don't know if Mission would reimburse us but it's all water under the bridge now. Live and learn.
