Congrats on the new unit. When you go to pick it up plan on at least 4 hr for the pdi a hole day would be better.Make sure that you work everything in the unit.Have the dealer fill all the tanks so you can check for leaks, and make sure the water pump works.Be very picky so that it is all documented. You have spent allot of money and this is your chance to CYA.We have a Eagle Ridge and just love it.Heartland has treated us very fair and our Dealer was great. The time you spend when you pick it up will make allot less headaches later.

Congratulations and welcome to the forum. As goodtruck stated above, spend alot of time opening every cabinet, drawers, turning on every faucet, light switches, run the slides and awning in/out many times, turn on tv, etc, etc, etc. Don't forgot the water pump. It will help you understand what's what on the coach but if a problem arises, how to get it corrected before it leaves the lot.
Enjoy and travel safely.

Congratulations. We bought the Greystone 29MK 6 weeks ago and love it. We downsized from a luxury DRV unit that I couldn't get into a lot of campgrounds. I agree with the others that you should carefully check everything before leaving the dealership and use it as much as you can the first 90 days. We've done that and have had a few issues, e.g., frig could not keep up with 100 degree heat and needed more insulation and the landing gear fuse blew first time out. So far our dealer and the Elkhart factory are taking care of everything that's needed. The quality control could be better - but that's true no matter if you spend $80k for a DRV or far less with what you have. Heartland so far has been customer friendly and warranty staff responsive. Have added the 2nd AC, BU camera, EMS electical protection, tire pressure and temp monitoring, and a few other things so far for which you may consider also. Good luck and enjoy!

Check the shower surround for leaks before you leave the dealer. Spray water all around the bottom edge and the door.

Last week we traded our NuWa Champagne in on a Greystone 29MK. We had been fulltime RVers for 10 years but didn't need the big rig now and decided to downsize so we could get into state parks and some USFS campgrounds. I am learning a lot from the postings on this forum about how to tweak the rig for our use.
