I have a 2011 Landmark Augusta and there are things that are wrong, one thing is the corner wall in the bathroom was put in upside down, the wall paper strip is not even, it is higher than the other ones in the bathroom. And is there some reason the plugs under the desk are not screwed into the panel

If you're asking the factory for comment, I don't know if you'll get an answer other than to take it to an authorized service location so the problem can be corrected. If you're still under warranty but that's not convenient right now, call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 with your VIN # and explain the situation. They might dcoument the call and agree to let you get this specific problem fixed under warranty at a later date, even if by then the unit is out of warranty. If so, make sure you keep notes about the call, including the name of the person you speak with so you can jog their memory when it's time to get service.

Should have been fixed before it was delivered. It's not like nobody would notice it?...Don

I am sure Heartland will send you another rool of trim and repair it yourself the correct way

JP, you can try pulling the trim off (it's sticky backed) and reapply it correctly. We had one trim strip put on catywahpas and it took about a minute to fix. Some dummy at the factory must of been out too late the night before when he put your wall up. Either that or HL is employing humans again :rolleyes:

Pretty sloppy workmanship...even for humans.
