we have a heartland road warrior 395, having a hard time trying to fiqure out how to adjust the hot water heater. we have a Atwood GC10A4E and looking at the book vs the water heater can't find the thermostat.
Re: adjusting the tempperature on a hot water heater
You probably have a fixed thermostat set for 140 degrees. That's the case for Suburbans and looking at the user manual, it seems to be the same on Atwood. However, there may be an adjustable thermostat kit available (Adjustable Thermostat-93105) to let you set temp from 110-150. I'd suggest calling Atwood at 574-264-2131 for more information.
