front cap greystone

I have a 2012 Greystone and have noticed that the front cap seems to be oxidizing. Has anyone else had this problem? I called Heartland yesterday and got put through, but had to leave a voice message and so far, no one has called me back. We take good care of our RV and cannot understand why this is happening to a unit that is not even 2 years old yet.

If you don't get a call back soon, call again and hold until someone picks up.

Now would be the time to take some pictures that clearly show the problem and be ready to email them to the Customer Service Rep when you do get through. I would stay on the line while emailing - usually doesn't take long for the email to get through and you can talk about what the pictures show.

There have been some rigs where the gelcoat faded on the front cap. If that's what you have, I expect Heartland will help you out.

Thanks danemayer - I will call Heartland back again tomorrow as they still have not returned my call. I have taken pictures on my phone, so can send them in.
