If you ever need tires or tire service in Elkhart, IN, look up Carter Tire Sales & Service, 51708 State Road 19 North, 574-264-7036. I had a trailer tire losing air and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. My problem was a only a loose valve stem so it was easy to fix, and then I had the tire balanced. Because it was an easy fix I was only charged for tire removal and tire balancing, and not for tire repair. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Tom. Was this discovered with a monitoring system or by you with a gauge check? Just curious.
Hi, Ray. My monitor in the truck was flashing. After I was set up I went out to put things in order and noticed a flashing in the truck. Opened the door and saw the PSI was down to 96. I took the sending unit off the tire and put a valve stem cap on to make sure it was not the device that was leaking. In the AM I found the PSI even lower, and that is when I knew I had a leak that needed to be checked out. The good think is a caught it and did not destroyed a $300+ Goodyear G614.
