Paul picked up our 09 BH3670RL yesterday at the Heartland Service facility. They had worked on it since Monday morning. We took it in for frame issues but they went above and beyond, taking care of many other things to bring our rig back as near as new as possible. We cannot begin to thank the team and Heartland enough. It is so amazing that a company, in this day, stands behind their product and their customers in this way. This is our second Bighorn and we sure love it and the brand. THANK YOU HEARTLAND, Jim Fenner, Eric McDaniel, and all the team!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paul and Nan
