Is there a way to get the status of your RV build?

I know with new cars you get a Vin and you can pretty much know when it's built, where it's sitting , etc...

If the wife bugs me one more time about it, I'm sending her on the bus to the factory.

Your dealer should be able to give you that information. When I got mine, Butch kept me in the loop, which wasn't easy since it was over the Christmas Holiday shut down and my windows were back ordered. He was within three days on delivery even with all of that.

If you can get the order number and date the dealer placed the order with Heartland, you can probably contact Heartland Customer Service and I'm sure they will be able to find out for you. Your dealer should be able to provide you with that information.

Heartland Customer Service does not give build status to any customers as they do not have access to that information. You really should be able to get this information from your dealer. Lead times right now are running anywhere from 7-10 weeks depending on the floorplan.
