Jim, JP, LK, Who is Gary S. from Heartland? Just got a e-mail from him this Am in ref to our Landmark. Thanks.... GBY....

Gary S at Heartland ( the one I know of anyway ) is in Customer / Dealer Service. I've worked with him on repairs needed on my Landmark.

Did the email pertain to something going on with your Landmark? Kinda funny cause I'm waiting on him to contact me..

I am guessing it was Gary Schellenberg. I believe he's in the Warranty/Service Dept. His email is gary@heartlandrvs.com I spoke to him re: warranty repair procedures just before ordering my BH. He was very helpful and spent a tremendous amount of time giving me advice on options, warranty procedures, etc.
