Unfortunately, we're going to have to cancel! We've taken on more than we bargained for in building our new house in AZ and feel we need to stay put until we close. Really going to miss seeing everyone.

While we won't be able to make the camp-out, we have a Vegas trip that we've postponed and moved out many times since COVID. The last reschedule of this trip was done before your camp-out was setup. We'll be in Vegas the week after the camp-out. We won't have the RV.

Thursday, October 15, 2020 – Meet & Greet starts @ 5:00 pm –Gathering site: space 169!
Please bring an appetizer and your favorite beverage to share! We a few extra have wine glasses available and are working on some vino back up.

LATE BREAKING NEWS: Ken Bausano has agreed to mesmerize us with his world renown musical talents

Friday, October 16, 2020 – You’re-on-your-own-day! Refer to the RV park’s attendee’s packet for suggestions on things to do in Las Vegas...besides the obvious – gambling!

Saturday, October 17, 2020 – Potluck Dinner – 5:00 pm – Space 169. We will be providing plates, plastic utensils, and napkins. Once you decide what item/s you’d like to bring to the potluck, please respond to Kurt via a group email so we won’t over-duplicate items being brought to the potluck: Please sign up for one or more of the following: Salads, Main Course, Side Dishes and Desserts.
As of today (10/7/20) we have eleven (11) RVs attending this camp-out with the assumption that we will have approximately 22 attendees!
Sunday, October 18, 2020 – Time to pack up and head home.

We are looking forward to this casual get together and hope to maintain … possibly increase … membership and participation in the Heartland Owners Club! Getting together is always fun and interesting and we hope this camp-out will give us the sense of some normalcy in our lives. Nevada has loosened some Covid restrictions however is still asking that we be vigilant and, the resort is requiring masks in key areas. We will have available masks, hand sanitation, wipes, etc.

Hi folks, the gathering spot remains 169 and Gail and I are in 168. I am working with the park to verify everyone's sites as we have made some changes do to cancelations and logistical needs.

As of now we are trying to keep everyone grouped as close to the gathering site as possible
