Connexx 50" TV questions (mount & outdoor speakers) - Milestone 377MB/Cruiser SouthFork 3780MB

Sorry if this has been asked/answered before but with the search bar not working I was told to post my question. We bought a 2022 Cruiser SouthFork 3780 MB (built by Heartland, serviced by Cruiser and exact same as Milestone 377MB floorplan) and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove the TV from the wall mount. The living room TV is the only tv that does not pick up ANY channels when we scan, which leads me to believe the connections may be wrong. Can't get to the connections with the TV on the mount. Anyone know what kind of mount they use and how to unmount the TV?
Also, we have not been able to get out outdoor speakers to work, even though we clearly select zone B on our Connexx remote. Anyone have the same issue and been resolved? We traveled 7 hours (each way) to pick up our rig, on two separate occasions (long story; dealer issues) and don't plan to take it back anytime soon. Hoping someone here has some answers.

Thanks!

I know we have a different unit but maybe this will assist you.
On our Road Warrior the first time I removed the main TV mount, the easiest way for me, I had to remove the backing board with the TV attached. Once I did that, I figured out how the TV was mounted, because I could rotate the TV around until I could see the screws holding it to the bracket.

On our main TV is held to the bracket with 2 screws on the bottom, once removed you can tilt the TV up and lift it off. To get to the screws I had to use a mirror and a flexible extension with a #2 square tip bit.

Pull your outdoor speakers, the wire may have come loose from the back.
