So it says a solid surface, is it like corian, silestone or fountain head? If so can you treat it like so. If not how do you take care of scratches?

Just wanted to say hi to everyone, wife and I just sold our house not yet retired, just down sizing "BIG TIME". So with that we've moved to a Heartland 5th wheel full time not our first, but definitely our biggest . So hopefully we can share and learn things together on the site.
