We have 2 heat pumps in our Landmark. I think they are great. With these heat pumps and the fireplace, we very rarely use our furnace.

We have had dual pane windows on our unit for 3 years. No problem. We love them. Keeps the unit cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter and no moisture inside.:)

If your set-up is like my Landmark, you can remove the screws holding the white collar on the black plastic tank(I am doing this from memory). Then pull it out. You will find a long black tube attached to the white collar. I cut it off close to the collar. Now my 20' hose fits with no problem.

Has anyone figured out how to retrofit the electric power cord reel that is offered on the 2008 models to an older unit?
