had same issue with mine, just pull the trim down starting from one end, it just snaps in a channel. Take a hair dryer heat up the ceiling covering stretch it tight and press it back down ( dryer heats glue allowing it to bond ). Reinstall trim and you are done.. If it does not stick apply some...

Looking for a cover for our cyclone 4012. Not looking to spend a grand on a custom cover, has anyone had any luck finding one that will fit. I've found several that are advertised up to 40' but the 4012 measures in a 41'10" using a plumb bob to mark the ground then running a tape.

easy fix for you pin not going all the way through, remove the holding bolts take pin assembly off and check pin, I would be willing to bet it's got a slight bend in it, caused by not seating it all the way in a past adventure.. been there done that... fix takes two minutes & two beers...

wow, porthole 65-75 psi in bags. i've got a 4012 when we max out with 110 gallons of water, full tank of fuel for gen, golf cart, 3 overloaded beer coolers, weekend worth of food grills and all the other junk, I never run over 15 to 20 psi max. Iff I put the cart up to the front door and coolers...

trash the tire. One very expensive tire is a whole lot better than an hour on the side of road changing a tire, two weeks at a body shop repairing body panel's, a lifetime of the wife bashing you for being too cheap to replace the tire. I pulled my tank on my cyclone 4012 last weekend because of some fuel pump issues... My unit would run empty after using 20 gallons, put 20 gallons back in fuel would come out of filler neck.. 20 gallon tank right.....gauge never shows full or empty always between 3/4 and full or right at 1/4...

OK' on our last trip after running our Onan 5500 gen. for a while ( 6 to 8 hours) we started to hear a clicking coming from the gen. a few minutes later it shut down. let it sit for a few hours restarted it ran for 30 minutes shut down again. we finished the weekend on batteries... Got it home...

we had same problem, check the choke, Our's would not open all the way and would not start, took it to cummins dealer after trying everything we could, they replaced carb. under factory 3 year warranty works great now.. we had 240 hours on the generator with no problems,dealer could not explain...
