    Waffling of Exterior Skin

I just noticed a spot above my left side basement door aft of the propane compartment. It's a slight outward bulge in the fiberglass and is solid when applying pressure to it. This is the first time I've noticed it and its got me very curious. I will try to post a pic, not sure if you will be...

    Mosquitoes everywhere!!

This is our 4th season with our Cyclone and we have never had a problem like this before last weekend. The mosquitoes were particularly bad to begin with and seemed to find their way into the trailer at night. There is nothing more aggravating than hearing those little critters buzzing around...

    Landing gear issue

I heard back from the shop, I need a new jack assy. It will not be repaired prior to the holiday weekend. To say I am disgusted with my situation would be an understatement. Between my suspension failing in May and this landing gear failure I have had the Cyclone out three times this summer. I...

    Landing gear issue

Yes, both bolts are there. That square shaft will turn both manually and electrically. Everything works as advertised except the ODS gear does not move.

    Landing gear issue

Yes the DS leg works fine. I crawled up in over my generator cover to take a look earlier. I couldn't see anything obvious. I'm not sure what pin you are referring to. Is this something that is easily seen or is it internal?

    Landing gear issue

It seems it's always something with this thing. I went to park our cyclone after our latest outing and the motor side of the landing gear is not moving. When moved manually the result is the same. I can see the bolt is still there that connects the square linkage to the motor. The DS leg...

    Wheel in and out play

I have had some issues with this trailer that have left me gun shy and frankly a little nervous. I am in a spot now and thought my rear DS tire looked a little low. I grabbed the tire to push on it a little and to my surprise there was some clunking coming from the wheel. I can't say I've...

Lippert Warranty Doesn't Care about safety!

Re: Broken leaf spring on Cyclone... need some advice Just came from the shop after seeing that the new 7k spring sets and hardware arrived from lippert. I was real impressed with the made in china stamped proudly on the top spring. Hopefully the upgrade from 6k springs will be enough to keep...

    Lippert springs strike again

I've given some thought to the wear and tear tight turns put on the suspension and tires. Isn't one of the selling points of HL is the 88 deg turn design? Something isn't adding up.

Lippert Warranty Doesn't Care about safety!

Re: Broken leaf spring on Cyclone... need some advice Did these replace existing 7k springs or was it an upgrade from 6k's?

Lippert Warranty Doesn't Care about safety!

Re: Broken leaf spring on Cyclone... need some advice I have six new 7k springs and hardware on the way from Lippert (Thanks Lippert!). I'm curious if anyone has experienced a second failure once they have upgraded with Lippert replacement parts?

Lippert Warranty Doesn't Care about safety!

I did re-send the email but this time also included Andrew VanSchoick from Lippert. I was pleasantly woken up early this morning by a phone call from Lippert. I spoke with Gary Marvel at Lippert and I'm here to tell you, he has assured me they will take care of business. He has already...

Lippert Warranty Doesn't Care about safety!

Sounds very familiar eh? No more info on the repairs from the shop yet. I have however ordered G rated wheels and tires to upgrade my E rated setup. My shop has assured me that it will be better than new once it gets some TLC. As more develops I'll post here. BTW I did email Lippert a second...

Lippert Warranty Doesn't Care about safety!

I would like to discuss it with them. But to be honest, at this point I'd rather pay out of pocket than get replacement parts from Lippert.
