I can't figure out how to adjust the independent zones for A,B & C volume(s). I tried the setup menu, but my Genesis doesn't show Front, Center, Rear. My only 2 choices are Audio Out and Key. Is there something I'm missing...or is there a firmware upgrade?

You were right! We do burn an occasional candle...and cooking smoke perhaps. Used a mild detergent, and it cleaned up fine...it's just intersting that it outlined the framing members. thanks for the advice!

I've noticed for some time that certain times of the day, I can see faint darker lines on the ceiling. They almost look like shadows. They follow the lines of the aluminum rafters. Also, I see it on some of the interior walls as well. Is this normal?

Did you interface the Bose Speaker with the existing Heartland Music System?

I just used a screw with a washer that was large enough to catch the edge of the sink...and hold it in place.

I contacted Greystone, but it's out of warranty br 2 months. I think i need a new thermostat. Has anyone found a replacement thermostat for these?

I have the Greystone F3610G, and the thermostat doesn't seem to be working. Does anyone have contact information for the manufacturer?

After working with AntennaTek, they agreed to send me a gear kit. It seems that the plastic gear (attached to the shaft) was broken below the o-ring...I didn't even know there was an o-ring, until I forced the shaft out...then the o-ring came out as well, but the rest of the plastic is stuck...
