Thanks for the info. Yes unit is still under warranty and the slide did go in all the way, so I was able to travel home. My concern is should I expect a repair every time I go camping? This is my first rv and it's a little frustrating

I just purchased a 2012 sundance 3300ck also and neither of my grey tank valves will hold a drop of water either I am waiting to schedule an appt with my dealer unit is less than a month old and have had numerous issues myself. I have been questioning my purchase

I am having a problem with the genesis player in my newly purchased sundance 3300ck the player will not load a DVD or cd it keeps ejecting it and I have tried multiple different kinds. I used factory ones and ones I created myself and nothing will work. Does anyone have any ideas for a fix
