Hi All. I am wondering if anyone has pulled up all the carpet and replaced it with linoleum throughout. This is a project I want to undertake but I am not sure how to or if an adjustment would be needed to the slides to make up the difference in height when the slide comes in.
At least the carefree awning can be adjusted. The Dometic on my Landmark is only adjustable by pulling it down and locking a set screw. It sits so high on the front side that if you want to pull it down to reasch the set screw, you need a ladder. Also it seems the awning is more less useless...
Has anyone removed the Living room carpet in a Landmark. I am wanting to do away with the LR carpet in favor of wood or laminant and am wondering if the laminant that runs throughout the coach is under the carpet in the living room. Also since the removal of the carpet changes how the slide...
There have been times I have posted a new thread looking for some answers. The topic I guess is moved but I can never tell where ot is moved. My latest one was only a few days ago and was moved, which I understand but I have to go to the orginal place I submitted it and click on it. It no...
Ya...Thanx..looking at it I just realized I have the lever so now what? Why can't heartland just use the same interchangable parts that everyone else does?
I never thought of that. After your suggestion, I looked on Camping World and found this; Vortex Replacement Vent Fan Upgrade ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwZab3lJJBw ). This video makes this look easy and it has its own motor. Just the motor itself to replace is $30 plus so I am hoping...
Does anyone or has anyone changed out the vent fan motor on the bathroom vent? It just quit. I am assuming it is the motor since I can see no other problem other than the thing will not trurn on.

In almost 3 years of traveling over 18K miles on my Landmark, I have found that shade tires run almost 5 to 8 lbs less then sun side tires. I also discovered that when stuck in traffic doing say 30 mph both temps and pressure increase until highway speed is reached which then lowers both...
Check the water pressure. When lines start to make noises, it's been my experience that pressure is high. Also hard water is never good. Lime build up needs to be cleaned both in the tank and lines. A good softener works great and they are easy to set up and move with. Well worth the money...
Re: Replacing theater seating in our Ashland-RESOLVED
After working with Andy, we came to a mutual agreement of resolution. I must say I have been a Heartland customer since 2006 with my first Big Horn and have had 4 Heartland products throughout the years. Although I, as others, get a bit...
That should have never left the factory like that. I had several of the same issues and stood there at the dealer during my delivery and had them fix it. No matter how many times they asked me to go in and sign paperwork, I told them as soon as everything I found was complete I would accept...
