Help needed diagnosing cause of loss of power when hooked to tow vehicle.

Update: I will post pix when I'm done but here is what has happened and it's worth telling. LOL. I bought some romex wire and was getting ready to run it out there, 100 ft. In the process of that, I pulled up the old wire that was just laying on top of the ground. And to my surprise, it came up...

Help needed diagnosing cause of loss of power when hooked to tow vehicle.

That's what it was. Battery was dead. I took another friend's word on that and he was wrong. Battery tested fine, took a charge and hooked up to truck, all is well. :) Thanks!

Help needed diagnosing cause of loss of power when hooked to tow vehicle.

It works, everything is alright now....I think. Here this is a case of taking somebody elses word on something. The battery was dead, I knew that but forgot to put that in original post. I guess it just ran down over time with no charge coming from the house. Anyways, a buddy told me that the...

Help needed diagnosing cause of loss of power when hooked to tow vehicle.

**Not sure which forum this needs to go into, so mods please move wherever you think is appropriate and where it'll get seen. Hi forum! Not sure how to ask this: Bottom line is I don't have any power in my trailer right now. 2009 North Trail 28BHS had LONG 10 or 12 gauge extension ran to it to...

Tire changing help needed for new NT owner "nanaearth"

I would say get the four way lug wrench and it'll be on there. I have one, but I don't know what size it is. I've asked a resource and maybe he can tell me soon and I'll post it here. And always get the jack on the frame, not the axle. Use a wood piece between the jack and the frame to prevent...

Assembly pictures INSIDE North Trail factory

Edmonton, those pix are of a 28BH model...the toyhauler like Medic has. It has the bed that pulls out. Good observations about the unit. Yes...North Trail is thinking ahead. I was thinking ahead as well. That's why we bought the North Trail. I like people that think ahead.

Jennifer..GREAT! I know the feeling you are going thru. Nothing like it. Be sure to take pix and post them. What color is the interior? Did you get the sexy rims? ;) Joey, I'm sure that you can't wait either. I was told ours arrived on Monday and I started calling early. It didn't arrive until...

Ours has a sort of scooped out area to pull out. Although it pulls out easily, I'll think about that handle, probably not a bad addon. Probably a wider handle makes for a more steady pullout.

Assembly pictures INSIDE North Trail factory

Hey everyone, before I bought our 28BHS, my dealer sent me these factory pix. I thought you'd enjoy seeing them. In these pix, you can see several details that make the quality of a Heartland North Trail stand out apart from the rest. Enjoy, Mark

    Calling all North Trail owners

Defeated Creek is one of the best campgrounds in Tennessee. You will really enjoy your trip there. We camped there with a group in 06 and it was too hot to make a fire. We contemplated putting a block of ice in a ring and sitting around to watch it melt. LOL. Somehow, it didn't seem the same. It...
