I have a 2013 BC and have developed a spot on my floor where the clear plastic and the flooring top has degraded down to the white sub flooring. I am not sure what caused this but this is the only place that it has happened. Any ideas how how I can repair this as the clear plastic coating is is...

Found the Brain, its up above the control panel, there are 4 screws to take out. The black button is on the left side. the instructions are one Homeland website and the remote is 206436 (obsolete use 260782) follow the instructions, good luck.

We have a 2013 3650 Big Horn and need some help locating the "Brain" that is located some where on the RV. The owners manual does not give a clue. The factory sent us a new remote but no instructions on how to set set it up. Thanks. Jim
