We used to have a 10 26LRSS and had the same exact problem. Went from a 10 F150 Maxtow to a 12 Ram 2500. TT still wobbled but didn't faze the truck. Never could figure out what was the problem. We had 900lbs of TW and the TT weighed loaded around 72-7300lbs. We used an EQ and had the truck...
You need to start from scratch. Forget what the dealer did. They usually are all about getting you off the lot and getting the next one in line. First thing to do is measure your truck at the wheel wells empty. Now hitch up and without the WD measure again. Now hook up the WD. You want the...
I would look for a Best dealer near you. We were out recliner shopping this sat and came across a recliner from a company called Best. They have all different sizes. We were actually looking for recliners to replace our swivel rockers. Losts of furniture stores carry the Best brand. This is the...
If i's an interior wall sometimes you can just push on the wall and when you find the hard spot thats usually a stud. On the exterior I would try a stud finder.
We moved the free standing dinette to the rear buy the big window, turned it length wise and put two chairs on the end. Less crowded when walking in and makes it nice for meals. We then moved the two rockers over where the couch and dinette were, and put a small entertainment center on the short...
I don't know about the tri-fold but I took out my couch in my 26LRSS. It will breakdown with the back coming off and the pullout tray coming out. The legs will come off too. Not really all that hard. Did it my self but another helper would be better. It's not heavy just awkward.
The cheap plastic strap for the sliding doors are a joke. Most RV makers use em. I put a sliding door lock like you would use for your home door down on the floor at the end of the sliding door. We had trouble with our overhead cabinet doors also. Have had 3-4 of the hinges pop out of the doors...
We have been to a couple RV shows recently here in Oregon. We look at mostly 5'ers as thats the way were heading after this TT. As far as TT's go I feel our NT is as good and better than most out there. However being in the same state that Forestriver and Northwood MFG have plants we will...
Re: Uncomfotable tow
Thanks JanAndBill, figures I own both. Haha. I'm out of ideas also. We do try and keep the TW close to 11-13% depending on what we tow.
