Re: Road warrior 305rw - Battery not charging Thank you so much. Our problem has resolved, turns out the converter was bad and Heartland has replaced it, even though we were past the warranty period, since our dealer previously worked on it and said it was fixed.

When we turn on the generator, it drains the batteries, instead of charging them. Had it to the dealer, who said they fixed the problem, but it still drains the batteries, and now dealer is out of business. 2013 RW 305 toyhauler.

We just picked up our Road Warrior 305 last week, and the walk thru did not answer our questions. I sent a message to Heartland asking for documentation, and received no response. I found a generic owners manual from 2011 on the Heartland site, but it does not address some of our questions...
