2013 RW 305 toyhauler. When we run the generator, it drains the battery instead of charging the battery.

Hi jacknmolly,
The battery is charged by the power converter and the charge goes through a 12V mini-breaker near the battery that may have tripped. Here's a link to our 12V Block Diagram and Diagnostic Guide which explains in more detail and has photos and drawings to help you figure out what's going on.

Thank you so much. Our problem has resolved, turns out the converter was bad and Heartland has replaced it, even though we were past the warranty period, since our dealer previously worked on it and said it was fixed.
