I have a 2013 3010 cyclone that just started to have a problem with the power from the generator... I turned the generator on, the lights brightened like normal when the relay kicked but then quickly went back dim running off the battery supply, from this point on I don't have power to about...

Pretty much exactly, other than mine are black. Apparantly they went back to the old way for 2013.

That explains why they're not in the wall, but not why they haven't moved it back closer to the wall. Seems careless, unless maybe their is some sort of code or reason they can't put it where it makes more logical sense? Oh well, it cost about $8 for an outlet and a foot of wire and the problem...

Yeah, I don't get it! Ideally it would be on the wall... but that is too difficult at this point. It would require zero extra effort to move it towards the back of the cabinets rather then placing it where they did.

It only uses the happy jack to lift the empty rack up out of the way or to pivot the skis that are pretty much balanced on the pivot point... you could pivot them with one hand. but by lowering it, it allows it to pivot. Hard to explain. If I get a opportunity I will get a pick of the side...

Update... got it loaded for the first trip. Built a rack that mounts in place of the bottom bed and raises up to the ceiling when not in use or rests on a frame mounted to the walls when down that allow the skis to pivot when you lower the bunk below the pivot point to load using an extension...

Thanks porthole... as it is almost spring, at least it feels like it here on the east coast, I'll have some time to think about it. I'll probably wait until fall before making a purchase.

I agree, I prefer the 4 door design. I wonder how this space is used... I'm sure it's not dead space? It does explain how they now have the option for a 32" bedroom tv... I was wondering how that would fit looking at the older design.

A little off topic... but can anyone make a recomendation on a cover for the 3010? I'm debating on the idea of getting one for the off seasons. I want to be able to access the garage when I need it without a major hassle. I've seen some designed for toyhaulers, I just didn't know how easy or...

That's a good question about the bunk! I have no idea. Yeah I assume it must be the 8' door.
